Fix and Flip Loan

A fix and flip loan is a short term private money loan that’s used in funding the purchase and rehab of residential and small multifamily investment properties. These loans allow the buyer to buy the property, renovate/rehab it, and then turn to sell the property for a quick profit within a short amount of time, usually within six months to nine months. Consider our fix and flip private money program if you are an investor interested in acquiring properties that require private money with all cash to fix and flip. I can provide up to 70% of the project cost, which is the purchase price plus the cost of the rehab. With the speed of the project resulting in more gains for the investor, these loans have no prepayment requirement, allowing you to sell the property as quickly as you can.
