Rental Loans

A rental property loan can also be known as a “bridge loan”. It’s also been popularized as the
“BRRR” method. It’s essentially a short term private money loan used to cover the time between
two real estate transactions. An investor who intends to hold the property will use it to purchase
the rental property quickly, perform any necessary rehab to the property, refinance out of the
private loan through the use of conventional or DSCR financing and then repeat.
